My order showed up late, the tracking barely updated, and I had to keep chasing someone for answers. i’m not ordering again...

Checkout was smooth for me. I didn’t run into any weird steps or errors, and the payment went through on the first try. The shipping options were clear enough too. I was going to say the cart page was totally fine, but actually I did have to double-check it for a second. Still, overall it was easy.

The staff was friendly and tried to help, but their knowledge felt a bit hit or miss. Some people seemed to know what they were talking about, while others gave answers that made me second-guess things. I’m always a little worried about being fooled or steered wrong, so I would’ve felt better if the information had been more consistent.

The box showed up in great shape, and based on how shipping usually goes, I was half expecting at least a dent or two. But everything was packed really well and protected nicely.

The customer service was great. They got back to me fast, fast enough that I didn’t have to wait around, and they helped me find exactly what I needed.

In my experience, they had pretty much all the brands I usually buy, which made shopping there really easy for me.

I needed a couple of hardware items that seemed to be sold out everywhere else, and Mississauga Hardware actually had them in stock. The website was simple to check, it just makes sense to order from a place where you can quickly see what’s available instead of wasting time calling around. Everything was straightforward, and I’m happy with the experience

The hardware feels good quality, honestly. The parts have a nice weight to them and don’t feel cheap, which I noticed right away. I haven’t had any issues yet, and everything seems to be holding up fine. Not much else to say, but so far I’m happy with it.

I ordered for in-store pickup thinking it would be quick, but it ended up taking way longer than expected. The staff seemed a bit unsure about where my order was, which made the whole thing feel more complicated than it needed to be. Maybe it was just a rough day, but I’m sure I’ll probably go somewhere else next time

I looked through Mississauga Hardware and, it seems like an actual hardware store site to me. I’m not saying I inspected every single detail, but nothing jumped out as obviously fake or shady, and the basic info is there.

That being said, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to be a little cautious, especially if you’re planning to spend a decent amount. Some parts of the site feel a bit plain, so I’d probably call or email first to confirm stock, pickup, or delivery before placing a bigger order.

For a small purchase, I’d probably be okay trying it, but I’d still like to see more customer reviews or clearer trust signs before I fully rely on it. Maybe it’s totally fine, but I don’t think being careful is a bad thing.

I’ll give them that, the site said it was in stock, and it actually was when I got there. It’s a little annoying that this feels worth mentioning, but at least they got that part right

I reached out to Mississauga Hardware with a couple of questions before placing my order, and overall they were easy to deal with. They got back to me fairly quickly, and the answers made sense without me having to send a bunch of follow-ups.
The only reason I’d stick with 4 stars is that one reply took a little longer than I was hoping for. Still, the communication was solid overall, and I felt comfortable moving ahead with my order

I ordered a handful of hardware bits, nothing too exciting, but the kind of stuff you need to be the right size or the whole plan gets weird. Most of the order showed up correctly, and shipping was fine, not lightning fast, not slow enough to complain about, just normal.

One piece was the wrong size though, which threw me off because of course it was the one I needed first. I contacted them and they did get it sorted, so credit there, but it was still a little annoying having to deal with it. Overall, not a bad experience, just not perfectly accurate either.

I accidentally ordered the wrong part and had to send it back. They did accept the return, so no big issue there, but the exchange took longer than I thought it would. The staff did reply, just not super quickly lol. Overall, it was okay, but not the smoothest experience.

I went in looking for a few hardware bits and actually found everything I needed, plus a lot more options than I expected. It was almost a little overwhelming at first, but that’s not a bad problem to have when you’re trying to find the right thing.

my parts got here quicker than I thought they would. I ordered a few things and they showed up in about 3 days, and the box was in good shape too. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the tracking had updated a little faster...

I had a warranty issue and, to be fair, they handled it quickly without making it a big hassle. The process was easier than I expected, which I appreciated. That said, communication could’ve been a little clearer along the way, but overall I’m happy they got it sorted.

I wasn’t expecting it to be handled that quickly, but boom, my issue was fixed almost right away. Super relieved and really happy with the support
